تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our finance and operations team within a fast-growing real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
Managing accounts using QuickBooks and Zoho Books
Invoicing, receipts, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Filing and maintaining financial and administrative records
Preparing basic reports using Excel
Online postings and administrative coordination
General office administration and support to management
Requirements
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Proven experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books
Strong knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
Organised, methodical, and detail-driven
Prior experience in real estate or professional services preferred
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
