الوصف الوظيفي

Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations including revenues, expenses, payroll, and supplier payments

• Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and present clear insights to management

• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses to ensure healthy profit margins

• Control cash flow and ensure the business maintains strong financial stability.

• Implement internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, or financial leakage.

• Review invoices, contracts, and purchase orders before approval.

• Perform periodic inventory audits and investigate any variances.

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve profitability.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT requirements, and financial policies.

• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documentation.

• Develop financial processes that support operational efficiency and future expansion.

  • • Act as a financial advisor to management by highlighting risks and opportunities.

Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret numbers and turn them into actionable business insights.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

• High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in financial records.

• Proven ability to control costs, monitor profit margins, and identify financial risks early.

• Proficiency in accounting software, POS reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

• Strong understanding of inventory control, variance analysis, and audit processes.

• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial data.

• Problem-solving mindset with the confidence to highlight issues and recommend solutions.

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial managers.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Highly Valued):

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or café operations.

• Experience supporting multi-branch businesses or fast-growing companies.

• Financial control mindset — focused on profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth rather than basic bookkeeping.
