Role Description We are seeking a full-time Administrative Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role combines accounting and administrative responsibilities, supporting the company’s financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties Handling daily accounting entries and bookkeeping Managing invoices, payments, and expense tracking Preparing basic financial reports and account reconciliations Assisting with monthly closing and budgeting Supporting management with financial data and reporting Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Administrative Duties Handling general administrative and office tasks Managing records, files, and documentation Coordinating with suppliers and service providers Supporting HR and management with administrative requirements

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing processes Proficiency in MS Excel (Quick Books experience is a strong plus) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
