Job :

As part of our activities, we are recruiting an invoicing officer mainly responsible for tasks with a clientele composed of major national and international players.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of fixed assets: acquisitions, commissioning, disposals, write-offs.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of the fixed assets register.
• Perform depreciation calculations and ensure their correct accounting.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings (account reconciliation, analysis, reporting).
• Check the consistency between accounting data and operational information.
• Collaborate with the purchasing, project, and management control teams to ensure data reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to fixed assets.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting/finance

Proven experience of at least 4 years in fixed assets or general accounting.

Proficiency with IT tools (ERP (SAP ideally), Excel).

Rigor, analytical skills, and autonomy.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally.
