Job Description

  • Handle full accounting responsibilities for assigned projects, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and cost tracking.
  • Manage project-related financial records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to projects, including reporting and internal communication.
  • Prepare and manage petty cash / project cash requirements, ensuring availability of required cash based on project needs and planned activities
  • Ensure timely coordination with Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Accountant or in project-based accounting.
  •  Ability to anticipate project cash needs in advance and coordinate required funding accordingly.
  • Ability to track project workforce, including overtime hours, and provide accurate attendance and overtime sheets to the HR department.
  • Good command of English language (written & spoken).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow up on project financials and admin tasks.
  • Experience with ERP / Accounting software is a plus.
