- Handle full accounting responsibilities for assigned projects, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and cost tracking.
- Manage project-related financial records and documentation accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to projects, including reporting and internal communication.
- Prepare and manage petty cash / project cash requirements, ensuring availability of required cash based on project needs and planned activities
- Ensure timely coordination with Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
