Peridot Star Real Estate is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Management Admin and Accountant to join our team in Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Management Admin to oversee the daily operations of our residential and/or commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenants, coordinating maintenance, handling contracts and documentation, and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards while maximizing occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties

* Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals

* Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

* Arrange and supervise maintenance, repairs, and inspections

* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers

* Prepare and manage Ejari registrations and renewals (if applicable)

* Ensure lease agreements and property documentation are accurate and up to date

* Monitor rent collections and follow up on overdue payments

* Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports

* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* Knowledge of property management systems and MS Office

* Familiarity with local real estate regulations (preferred)

* Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a solid background and project-based accounting. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage day-to-day accounting tasks independently.

* Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily accounting work including voucher entry, ledger posting, and financial documentation

* Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

* Follow up with clients for payments and maintain accurate ageing reports

* Handle billing issues and resolve queries with clients

* Prepare and submit invoices through client portals

* Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations

* Assist with month-end closing, schedules, and account reconciliation

* Support auditing requirements with proper document preparation

* Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely filing through the FTA portal

* Maintain confidentiality of financial data and work efficiently on Peridot Star Real Estate.
