Role Overview

As an Accountant at Export4Me, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting our export activities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management with reliable financial insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a dynamic export-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare required financial reports Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in budget preparation and monitoring Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support financial operations related to export activities, including documentation and settlements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial and operational processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2-5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems (Oracle is a plus) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
