Job Description

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and financial statements.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Collaborate with senior accountants and other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in audits and other financial projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is preferable .
• Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Cairo location is must and New Cairo (5th settlement , Rehab,Kattameya etc…)is preferable.
