u>Major (Overall) Responsibilities /u> /strong> /p>

Responsible for managing all financial & accounting activities which include but not limited to preparing budget guidelines & assumption; monitoring annual combined budgets; managing accounts receivable, payable & cash flow functions; preparing financial reports in accordance with the International Accounting Standards; setting up measures to reduce cost, monitoring expenditures; as well as maintaining a healthy level of cash flow./p>

Primary JOB Functions:/strong> /p>Strategy Formulation/strong>

1 Develop the strategic objectives & KPIs for the assigned Functions as per the Division s Director directions and set the individual objectives for employees under his/ her management accordingly./p>

2 Aim at achieving the operating results of the Functions under his/ her management and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk and make accurate decisions./p>Budget & Cost Control/strong>

1 Develop the Function s annual budget under the supervision of the Division s Director and ensure that all employees are working according to the assigned budget./p>

2 Ensure maintaining the costs and expenditures within the set budget./p>Policies & Processes/strong>

Develop the Policies & Processes for the assigned Function in line with Co s /strong>standards and other applicable laws and regulations and ensure proper implementation of the same by the assigned staff./p>Finance Activities/strong>

1 Oversee Accounts Department within the organization./p>

2 Create and implement internal accounting and finance policies and procedures in line with international standards./p>

3 Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports./p>

4 Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation./p>

5 Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations./p>

6 Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary./p>

7 Track the company s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement./p>

8 Manage the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls./p>

9 Review financial statements with management personnel./p>

10 Ensure that all financial reports/data are prepared on regular timely basis (banks, suppliers, customers and intercompany)./p>

11 Develop internal controls within the department to ensure bookkeeping function is reliable and all financial information is double checked./p>

12 Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager./p>People Management/strong>

1 Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to employees to facilitate performing different tasks and work-related activities./p>

2 Manage employees attendance and leaves to ensure complying with strong>Co s/strong> attendance policy, as well as ensuring the availability of proper replacement during employees leaves./p>

3 Conduct annual performance appraisal for employees and recommend salary increments and promotions accordingly./p>

4 Identify the training needs of employees and ensure training & development initiatives are successfully delivered and provide feedback to the Direct Manager./p>

5 Identify the manpower requirements for the assigned Function and coordinate with the HR Function regarding the recruitment activities to ensure hiring a highly professional and knowledgeable workforce./p>Reports/strong>

Prepare reports covering the main activities performed by the Function on regular basis and submit the same to the Direct Manager./p>Qualifications and Certifications/strong>

1 Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA member (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Certification would be an advantage./p>Work Experience/strong>Minimum of (8 10) years of experience in the same or related field.
