• Description: Overview Our client is a leading Large Scale company in the field of Manufacturing FMCG. We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations in Jordan. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a pivotal leader and a change agent, driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. Core Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Leadership: Act as a change agent to modernize financial processes and provide the CEO with actionable insights for long-term business growth.
  2. Advanced Costing & Budgeting: Oversee complex manufacturing costing models and lead the annual budgeting process to ensure lean operations.
  3. Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, meeting all internal and statutory deadlines.
  4. Audit & Compliance: Manage all external audit engagements and ensure full compliance with Jordanian statutory reporting requirements and tax laws.
  5. Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor liquidity, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support large-scale manufacturing demands.
  6. Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Present financial results and forecasts to the board and executive leadership through effective, high-level communication.
  Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in finance, with a heavy emphasis on FMCG manufacturing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting. CMA or CPA certifications are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Expertise in costing, budgeting, and statutory reporting; proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Languages: Native-level Arabic and professional fluency in English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred.
