Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Global Compliance Risks & Auditing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct global compliance audits to evaluate adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerabilities across the organization.
Create comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and compliance improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions.
Provide training and support to teams on compliance requirements and best practices for risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
1-2 years of experience in compliance auditing, risk management, or internal controls within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards affecting the industry.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in audit tools and methodologies, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
