We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, payroll, invoicing, revenue tracking, and compliance related to domestic workers’ services. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting and provide reliable financial data to support management decision-making.

Job Purpose

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, revenue monitoring, payroll processing, invoicing, expense control, and ensuring compliance with UAE tax and labor regulations applicable to Tadbeer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals

• Record all revenue generated from labor recruitment and domestic worker services

• Handle payroll processing for domestic workers and staff

• Monitor salary payments, deductions, advances, and loans

• Issue customer invoices, receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments

• Track monthly income, expenses, and profitability

• Reconcile bank statements, cash, and card transactions

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (revenue, expenses, profitability)

• Analyze revenue performance and recommend improvements to increase profitability

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT calculation and tax filing

• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes

• Coordinate with PRO / HR for employee-related financial matters

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience

(experience in manpower or domestic workers services is an advantage)

• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and basic labor-related accounting

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
