Job Summary

• A reputable air conditioning company is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of three years of experience in managing customer accounts and bank transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and customer balances.
• Record daily sales invoices and customer payments accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record bank transactions and maintain up-to-date cash flow records.
• Prepare aging reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding customer accounts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer accounts and bank reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
