• Manage all accounting operations including General Ledger, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

• Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:Expertise in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, and Account Reconciliation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with IFRS and/or GAAP accounting standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
