Company Description Master Company was established in 2015, starting its journey in the hospitality industry. The company has expanded its operations with notable ventures, including Bell's Restaurant in Maadi and its expansion to Cairo International Airport in Terminal 2 in 2020. Additionally, the company launched the grab-and-go concept Eat & Run in Luxor and secured a significant distribution agreement with Nespresso. Master Company continues to grow with plans for new Bell's locations at the Giza Plateau and Hazard Mall, and the expansion of EL&N and The Terrace across Egypt and Morocco.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Accountant will handle daily tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes budget management, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications Experience in financial accounting, audit preparation, and financial reporting at least 3 years experience. Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management Strong knowledge of budget management and bank reconciliations Competence in financial software and tools such as Excel and accounting software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in the hospitality or catering industry is a plus but not required
