? Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and support management with accurate financial information. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and accounting software.

? Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting entries, journal postings, and ledger maintenance

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Maintain proper supporting documents and records for audit purposes

Prepare and review VAT reports and assist in VAT filing

Assist in corporate tax computation and compliance requirements

Monitor inventory accounting and cost tracking where applicable

Verify supplier and customer statements and resolve discrepancies

Prepare payroll entries, employee advances, and expense tracking

Support external auditors and management with required schedules

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards

? Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)

Knowledge of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax regulations

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Wafeq, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
