- Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage cost centers for each project and monitor their financial performance periodically.
- Compare actual costs with approved budgets, analyze variances, and report findings to management.
- Manage company financial resources, including inventory, revenues, and expenses.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for projects and overall company performance.
- Coordinate with departments and staff to ensure achievement of project profitability targets.
- Contribute to improving financial process efficiency and supporting company growth plans.
