We are seeking a seasoned strong>Account Director/strong> to lead client relationships, oversee multi-disciplinary campaigns, and drive creative excellence across our creative and production agencies. This role requires a strategic, client-focused leader who can balance creativity, execution, and business growth.

This an incredible opportunity to work on one of the Kingdom s leading accounts, playing a key role in driving meaningful transformation across Saudi Arabia.

strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>

• strong>Client Leadership:/strong> Serve as the senior client liaison, understanding business objectives, brand vision, and marketing goals, while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact.

• strong>Strategic Campaign Oversight:/strong> Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns spanning production, design, social and digital ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• strong>Creative Collaboration:/strong> Partner with internal teams including producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to brainstorm, conceptualize, and deliver compelling, innovative content.
• strong>Project & Resource Management:/strong> Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
• strong>Business Growth:/strong> Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business development and pitch initiatives.
• strong>Client Advocacy:/strong> Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and clients.
• strong>Industry Insight:/strong> Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in creative, digital, and social media to maintain a competitive edge.
• strong>Team Mentorship:/strong> Lead, mentor, and inspire account managers and project teams, fostering professional growth and maintaining high engagement.

• 8+ years in agency account management or client leadership roles, ideally with experience leading creative campaigns.
• Proven track record in strong>client servicing/strong>, strategic planning, and delivering complex multi-platform campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing large budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary creative teams.
• Deep understanding of creative, digital, social media, and production workflows.
• Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes, driving client satisfaction and growth.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience working with Ministries and governmental entities is desirable, though not essential.
