تفاصيل الوظيفةREMAX Hub is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accountant to join our real estate team in Dubai Media City. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple responsibilities, and takes full ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

Full accounting cycle management including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations

Month-end and year-end closing

Financial statements and management reports

VAT filing and UAE tax compliance

Cash flow monitoring and audit coordination

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)

3–5 years UAE accounting experience

Real estate, developer, or construction experience is a strong advantage

Proficiency in Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software

Strong UAE VAT knowledge

Fluent in English

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month
