Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  
• CPA/CA certification is a plus.
  
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in the retail industry.
  
• Strong expertise in inventory accounting and retail financial processes.
  
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  
• Proven track record of managing accounting teams and delivering accurate financial reports.
  
• Fluent in English.
