• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor project expenditures and budgets.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for ongoing projects and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze project budgets, identifying cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.
• Review and validate supplier and subcontractor invoices against contracts and project progress.
• Support tendering and procurement processes by providing cost estimates and analysis.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Prepare and present cost control documentation and reports to senior management.
• Assist in the development of project cash flow projections and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all cost control activities.
