Company Overview

We are a leading construction and real estate development company executing the Taj City Project located in Zahraa Nasr City. We are committed to delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments while maintaining strong financial control and compliance.
As part of our project team expansion, we are seeking a Site Accountant to join our team on-site and support financial operations and cost control activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site accounting activities including payments, receipts, and petty cash
• Prepare and record daily financial transactions related to the project
• Monitor site expenses and ensure alignment with the approved project budget
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices and coordinate with the head office for payment processing
• Maintain accurate records of materials, purchase orders, and site-related costs
• Prepare monthly cost reports and submit them to the Finance Department
• Follow up on advances, settlements, and supplier balances
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and warehouse teams
