Job Description

 Job Title: Senior Accountant (Construction & Finishing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations of our interior design and finishing projects. With a portfolio of approximatel 35 projects per year, the ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost control, project-based accounting, and seamless financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Accounting: Track and analyze actual costs vs. estimated budgets for each project to ensure maximum profitability.
• Project-Based Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements and profit/loss reports for individual projects.
• Contractor & Supplier Management: Manage sub-contractor payments, supplier invoices, and project-specific purchase orders.

• Financial Operations: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and support internal audits.

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Construction, Finishing, or Interior Design companies (Mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Accounting/ERP software.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze project costs and identify variances.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multitask and manage financial documentation across multiple active sites.
