Job Title: Cost Accountant – F&B Industry- Location: Alexandria- Employment Type: Full Time- Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food cost, recipe costing, inventory control, and preparing detailed cost analysis reports to support operational and financial decision-making.- Key Responsibilities Monitor and control food & beverage cost on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Prepare and analyze recipe costing reports and ensure accurate costing per item. Review and update standard recipes and compare actual vs. theoretical cost. Conduct variance analysis (wastage, over-portioning, price fluctuations). Monitor stock movement, perform inventory reconciliations, and supervise stock counts. Analyze purchasing prices and supplier contracts to ensure cost efficiency. Prepare monthly cost reports and present findings to management Ensure accurate data entry in costing systems / ERP systems.- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost accounting. Previous experience in restaurants / F&B industry is a must. Strong knowledge of recipe costing and food cost control. Excellent skills in Excel (advanced level preferred). Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills-
