• Prepare and review all tax returns (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory taxes).
• Monitor and ensure timely payment of taxes to relevant authorities.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and assessments.
• Advise management on tax planning, risks, and compliance matters.
• Review contracts and transactions for tax implications.
• Prepare tax provision calculations for financial statements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all tax-related matters.
• Support month-end closing and reporting related to tax accounts.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with company policies.
