About the job
ShinyWhite Dental Centers, one of Egypt’s fastest-growing Dental Service Organizations (DSO) with 50+ clinics and continuous expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant with strong Tax Expertise to lead and govern our accounting and taxation framework across all branches.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in Egyptian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and multi-branch financial control with strong knowledge of Management Accounting and Cost Control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full accounting cycle across all branches
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, treasury, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings (VAT, payroll tax, withholding tax, corporate tax)
• Manage tax inspections and represent the company before tax authorities
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Develop tax planning and compliance strategies
• Monitor direct cost structure (medical salaries, labs, raw materials, etc.)
• Analyze branch profitability and financial performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
• Lead and develop the accounting team

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
✔ 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience
✔ Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Egyptian tax laws and tax inspections (mandatory)
✔ Experience in healthcare or multi-branch organizations is highly preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Egyptian Tax Regulations
✔ Solid understanding of Management Accounting principles (costing, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis)
✔ Ability to analyze direct cost structure and support EBITDA optimization
✔ERP proficiency is a must

Professional Certifications
✔ CMA (Certified Management Accountant) – is a must
✔ IFRS Certification or Diploma in IFRS – Strongly Preferred
✔ CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Advantage
✔ Egyptian Tax Professional Certification – Advantage
✔ Strong analytical mindset and leadership capability
✔ High integrity and confidentiality
