Prepare detailed cost sheets including fabric, trims, accessories, labor, and overhead.

Monitor fabric consumption and identify variances between actual and standard usage.

Review cutting, sewing, and finishing costs to ensure efficiency.

Analyze wastage rates in fabric and accessories and recommend cost-saving actions.

Track production orders and compare actual cost vs. estimated cost.

Calculate cost per unit and profitability per collection or season.

Coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor raw material prices.

Monitor inventory levels of fabrics and accessories and reconcile stock movements.

Support pricing decisions by providing accurate cost data.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting for seasonal production.

Prepare monthly cost and margin analysis reports for management.

Job Requirements

Analyze manufacturing and operational costs and prepare regular cost reports.

Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile cost of goods sold.

Calculate standard costs and investigate variances.

Review bill of materials (BOM) and production processes for cost efficiency.

Prepare monthly cost analysis and profitability reports.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Work closely with operations and procurement teams to control expenses.

Ensure accurate recording of cost data in the accounting system.

Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
