Job Description

• Process tenders and prepare quotations (costing/pricing).
• Conduct commercial reviews of tender documents and related materials.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Follow up on all tenders within the sales process using the CRM system to ensure documents are complete, updated, and all submission deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in handling tenders and preparing quotations (costing/pricing).
• Strong commercial understanding of tender documents and processes.
• Excellent analytical, evaluation, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and ensure timely submissions via CRM systems.
• Fluency in German (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
