We are hiring a Chief Accountant to manage end-to-end finance operations for oil trading company in JAFZA.

The role requires strong experience in oil & gas / oil trading finance operations and the ability to independently manage accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Handle VAT filings and regulatory compliance
• Manage banking relationships and cash flow
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate audits and ensure documentation readiness
• Monitor trading transactions and margin reporting

Requirements

• CA preferred 
• 5–10 years total experience (CA candidates)
• 10–15 years experience if non-CA
• Strong experience in oil trading or oil & gas industry
• Hands-on experience managing finance independently
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and JAFZA compliance
