? Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support our finance department in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in UAE financial practices.
? Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and payment vouchers
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
Assist in VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations
Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing
Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support internal and external audit processes
? Requirements:
Indian/Filipino or Srilankan Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in UAE (preferred)
Knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English
? Preferred:
Immediate joiners will be given preference
