Job Description
- 1. Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
- 2. General Ledger Management
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Review journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- 3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets.
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations.
- 4. Accounts Management
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
- Review supplier and customer balances regularly.
- 5. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Prepare documents required for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary reports.
- 6. Tax & Regulatory Filings
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely submission.
- Ensure compliance with local financial and tax laws.
- 7. Team Supervision
- Supervise and support junior accountants.
- Review their work and provide guidance when needed.
Job Requirements
- B.Cs or higher degree in Accounting from reputable university with Very Good / Distinction grade at least.
- Experience of at least 5- 8 years in general accounting.
- Graduation Grade: Very good / Distinction.
- Very good Computer skills, MS office package.
- Very good command in English.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good experience in commercial activities.
