Job Description
- Manage the company’s accounting cycle.
- Track client installments and payment schedules.
- Monitor collections and overdue payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage project budgets and expenses.
- Maintain financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
- Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5–8 years accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in real estate or construction companies preferred.
- High attention to detail.
