Responsibilities:

1. Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards while utilizing accounting software for efficiency.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking, to maintain healthy cash flow and financial integrity.
3. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly to uphold financial transparency.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls, using analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
6. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations, leveraging knowledge of current laws to minimize liabilities.
7. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
8. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, implementing best practices for data management to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.
9. Participate in financial planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
