Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Finance Specialist with a strong background in trading operations. 

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Odoo software and be proficient in managing purchasing, invoicing, costing, inventory, and financial reporting. 

This role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support business operations with reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Process and review purchasing transactions, supplier invoices, and customer billing.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payables and receivables.
- Prepare SOAs for the customers and sending accordingly to Account Managers/Customers for collection.
- Assist in Preparing and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
- Ensure accurate VAT reporting, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records in Odoo Accounting System.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement & sales teams for data accuracy.
