Job Title: Sales Account ManagerIndustry: ICT (Information & Communication Technology)Location: Saudi ArabiaNationality: SaudiJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with proven experience in the ICT sector in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering ICT solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives. The role requires strong relationship management, deep understanding of the Saudi market, and the ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key enterprise and government clients within the Saudi market.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s ICT solutions portfolio within assigned accounts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate ICT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Maintain strong knowledge of ICT market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in Saudi Arabia.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records within the CRM system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the ICT industry within Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record in enterprise or government ICT sales.
Strong knowledge of ICT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, data centers, and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple accounts.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
