We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations for a mobile phone accessories retail business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and experience handling inventory across multiple warehouses. Accuracy in data entry and the ability to track supplier costs, expenses, and sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
- Record and reconcile sales, expenses, and supplier invoices.
- Monitor and manage inventory across multiple warehouses and locations.
- Track product costs, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Prepare financial reports including profit & loss, expense reports, and sales summaries.
- Ensure accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, and stock movements.
- Assist with monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with management on stock levels, purchasing, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports).
- Experience managing inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Good understanding of supplier costing, expenses tracking, and sales records.
- High attention to accuracy and detail in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and maintain organized financial records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
