We Are Hiring – Accountant

Refinery Site – Erbil (Gwer Road) | Oil & Gas Industry | Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Team at our Refinery Site located on Gwer Road, Erbil.

The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience and the ability to work in an operational / industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor refinery operational costs and support cost control

• Handle accounts payable & receivable

• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities

• Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

✔ 2–5 years of accounting experience

✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems

✔ Experience in refinery/manufacturing environment is an advantage

✔ Ability to work on-site inside the refinery
