Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Cairo.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, ERP systems, and financial processes within the healthcare industry.

You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records, smooth transaction processing, and compliance with financial and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily journal entries and maintain accurate financial records

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Follow up on client collections and supplier payments

Review and process invoices and operational expenses

Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

Maintain proper financial documentation and reports

Work on ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for financial entries and tracking

Handle transactions through the Egyptian Electronic Invoicing System and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Coordinate with internal teams to support financial operations
 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of accounting experience

Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

Good understanding of Egyptian tax regulations and VAT

Strong Excel and analytical skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred: Experience in the Healthcare industry
