Job Description

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile invoices, shipments, and logistics-related transactions.
• Monitor and report on logistics costs, freight charges, and inventory expenses.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to track costs and financial performance.
• Support audits and prepare necessary financial documentation.
• Communicate clearly in English with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably with logistics or supply chain exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, inventory management, and freight operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and ethical standards.
