Job Description
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile invoices, shipments, and logistics-related transactions.
- Monitor and report on logistics costs, freight charges, and inventory expenses.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to track costs and financial performance.
- Support audits and prepare necessary financial documentation.
- Communicate clearly in English with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably with logistics or supply chain exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, inventory management, and freight operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Detail-oriented with high integrity and ethical standards.
