1. Revenue & Cash Management
Oversee daily reconciliation of cash, credit card, and digital payments from the reception/POS system.
Audit daily shift reports to ensure all services rendered match the recorded income.
2. Inventory & Cost Control
Manage the accounting for spa professional products (used in services) and retail products.
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the books to identify shrinkage or waste.
Analyze the "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS) for various spa treatments to ensure profitability.

Ensure accurate processing of social and medical insurance deductions.
4. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly P&L statements specifically broken down by service category (e.g., Massage, Moroccan Bath, Skin Care).
Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations for service-based businesses.
Handle accounts payable for suppliers (linens, oils, cleaning supplies, and maintenance contractors).
5. Operational Audit
Review reports from Mystery Shopper evaluations to cross-reference reported service quality with financial transaction data.
Assist in market salary analysis to ensure the spa’s compensation remains competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
