Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for our fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monthly close, FP&A, business partnering, and financial governance, with the opportunity to expand into a broader META regional remit in the future. This is a key position for a motivated Saudi finance professional looking to join a global leader in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month‑end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo global standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.
• Drive FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional, and global leaders.
• Support Lenovo business groups with financial insights, deal reviews, and commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage governance requirements.
• Work with ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax-related submissions.
• Support future expansion of financial operations into the META region (multi-country scope).

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A within multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and local Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
