Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor/Consultant to join a dedicated Legal Audit Team . This short-term engagement aims to assess the Legal Department’s effectiveness in managing risks, compliance, and governance as part of the client’s Corporate Internal Audit Department.

Position: Senior Auditor/Consultant
Duration: 2 Months (1st February 2025 – 31st March 2025)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review contracts, litigation processes, and external legal firm performance.
• Ensure governance adherence and identify non-compliance risks.
• Evaluate documentation practices and performance metrics.
• Prepare concise audit reports and support legal training initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:

• Professionally qualified (CIA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with more than 5 years of experience in legal audits.
• Strong understanding of local laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Minimum one team member with a degree in legal studies.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to produce strong, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
