• Spearhead all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to senior management.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure the integrity of our financial records.
