Job :

- Follow-up of all types of legal disputes.
- Preparation of necessary documents for board and shareholder meetings.
- Completion of legal formalities
- Filing and keeping of company documents
- Completion of legal formalities for contracts
- Legal monitoring of the Official Journal.
- Follow-up of legal department invoice payments. 

Required profile :

Reporting to the General Manager and as a member of the Management Committee, you will model the company's financial flows in compliance with current standards to consolidate the necessary information for strategic decision-making. You will develop tools to aid strategic decision-making and plan the company's growth in collaboration with management.

• Plan and execute the strategic goals and objectives of the division
• Support the subsidiary to improve efficiency and expand
• Ensure the harmonious application of company policies and procedures across different units:
• Produce accurate financial information in a timely manner
• Submit an annual operational plan and related financial analysis
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are operational and work with internal auditors, company auditors, and financial institutions
• Manage treasury
• Collaborate with the group and internal departments
