Job :

As part of its business development, one of our clients in the automotive sector is recruiting an Accounting Manager (Head of Accounting).

Your mission:

Reporting to the finance department, you play a key role in the reliability of accounting operations and the management of the team.

Your main responsibilities:

Supervise accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)

Ensure monthly and annual closing

Guarantee compliance with standards (IFRS, Moroccan GAAP)

Implement and monitor internal controls

Manage KPIs and ensure reliable reporting

Manage and develop an accounting team

Collaborate on tax and audit matters

Required profile :

Master's degree in Finance / Accounting

Proven experience in an industrial environment (ideally automotive)

Mastery of IFRS & Moroccan GAAP standards

Good command of SAP and Excel

Experience in team management

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Good level of French and/or English
