• Oversee the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis, to guarantee that all financial data is accurate and complete.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to create realistic financial targets that align with business goals.
• Conduct regular audits and internal controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior accountants, enhancing their skills and ensuring a high level of performance within the team.
