General Accountant

Headquartered in Obour, the company operates three production and distribution facilities located in Ismailia, Menoufia, and Obour. Role Description Nevix Farms is seeking a General Accountant to join our team in Ismailia. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The General Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to support budgeting and financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping. • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. • Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance. • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
