Job Summary

The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial controls. This role leads the accounting team and works closely with management to support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)

Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.)

Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills
