Job Description

We are a local distribution company based in Cairo, Egypt, seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager / Accountant to oversee daily operations, manage financial activities, and supervise logistics and warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Handle full accounting functions (invoicing, payments, receivables, reporting, etc.)
  • Supervise and coordinate all import and export shipment processes
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers
  • Ensure proper documentation for shipments and compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management and accounting
  • Experience in import/export and logistics is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
