Job Description
We are a local distribution company based in Cairo, Egypt, seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager / Accountant to oversee daily operations, manage financial activities, and supervise logistics and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations
- Handle full accounting functions (invoicing, payments, receivables, reporting, etc.)
- Supervise and coordinate all import and export shipment processes
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory control
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management and accounting
- Experience in import/export and logistics is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
